10 WEEK BEGINNER RUNNER PROGRAM FOR WOMEN - Starts on Tuesday 10th October 2023 I can't run! I lose my breath so quickly! I can't run for more than 50 meters! Does this sound familiar???? YOU CAN BECOME A RUNNER! Our Beginner’s program is aimed at gently introducing you to running, in a fun and supportive environment. The program is based on a run-walk methodology and incorporates strength and conditioning into the weekly program. It runs for ten weeks, with the final goal having you running for 30 minutes without walking. We also aim to run at a local Parkrun for the final run of the program. Track sessions are held at Tom Hunter Park, Hunter Way, Faulconbridge. Session times are - Tuesday 6 am and 6.30 pm Thursday 6 am |
