Female specific run coaching and training groups

At Serotonin Running, we understand that women and have a different physiology to men, and should train in accordance with this unique physiology.  We also realise that women enjoy the support and community that arises when women come together. 

​Our coaching philosophy is based on a few things:
  • running can make you feel great and it should be fun
  • running should lead you to big adventures!
  • the importance of helping runners develop excellent running form,
  • a healthy attitude to slow and steady progress to prevent injury,
  • the understanding that women are different to men in many ways - anatomically, bio-mechanically and physiologically, and should train accordingly
  • the belief that everyone can run, and our training groups being available and welcoming to all levels of runners
